1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between takbt and any user of this platform. By using the takbt website or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

takbt is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket, sports betting, slots and live casino gaming services for Bangladeshi players.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on takbt is ৳300. This limit applies to every payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4 Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the deposit amount must be at least ৳300.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Taking bonus benefits through multiple accounts or through multiple members of the same household will be considered fraudulent. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Other Promotions

takbt may offer special promotions, reload bonuses and seasonal offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside that offer.

5 VIP Program

The takbt VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. The tiers are:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takbt platform:

• Creating an account using false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of others
• Dishonestly exploiting bonus benefits ("bonus hunting")
• Using any software or bots to place automated bets
• Cheating or colluding with other players
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activity
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Terms

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If the outcome of a bet remains undetermined due to a technical issue or game error, takbt reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original stake.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Official scores and results will be used to settle bets on cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.3 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures fair and transparent outcomes. If a game round is not completed due to a software error or interruption, the bet for that round will be voided.

7.4 Maximum Win Limit

takbt reserves the right to set a maximum win limit per single transaction on specific games or betting markets. Any winnings that exceed the limit may be adjusted to the set limit.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

takbt may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of these terms and conditions is detected
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If suspicious money laundering activity occurs
• If account information is proven to be false
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements
